Iris Assistant

Control AiMail by voice or chat: drafting, triage, scheduling and automation with Iris.

Meet Iris

Iris is the AI assistant built into every Aiinak product. In AiMail, Iris reads context from your inbox, calendar and contacts (with your permission) and acts on natural-language instructions — typed into the chat panel or spoken aloud.

Voice commands

Press the microphone icon (or the keyboard shortcut V) and speak. Iris confirms before performing destructive actions like deleting or sending.

Iris workflows

Workflows are standing instructions that run automatically — for example, "when an invoice arrives, file it under Finance and forward to accounting". Build them in Settings → AI → Workflows, or describe the automation to Iris and it will assemble the workflow for you.

Triggers

New message conditions: sender, subject, keywords, attachments, category.

Actions

File, label, forward, draft a reply, create a task, notify you, or call a webhook.

Approval mode

Run workflows fully automatically, or require a one-tap approval before each action.
