What is the Admin Console?
The Admin Console at admin.aiinak.com is where administrators manage everything about an organization's Aiinak workspace. From one place you control user accounts and teams, verify domains, configure email administration, manage billing and licenses, oversee the AI rules engine, run the voice system and monitor platform-wide analytics.
Access is governed by role-based access control, so you can give a billing manager the invoices view without exposing user management, or let an IT lead manage domains without touching subscriptions.
