The analytics dashboard is the landing view of the Admin Console. It gives you a live picture of the platform: system health, who is joining, what they use and what they pay for.

Plans & subscriptions views
The plans and subscriptions views break down what your organization is actually licensed for: Iris licenses, Drive storage allocations and business accounts. Use them to spot unused seats before renewal.
Cross-reference the subscription plan distribution chart with product usage — if a team pays for Business but barely uses Drive, a plan change may save money. Adjust plans under Billing & Licenses.
Data network visualization
The data network view renders an interactive communication graph of your organization. Nodes are people and teams; edges show who communicates with whom. Drag, zoom and click any node to inspect its connections — useful for spotting silos and overloaded hubs.
The graph shows communication metadata only — who talks to whom and how often. Message content is never displayed in analytics.
