Verifying a domain
Adding your own domain lets users send and receive as @yourcompany.com. Verification proves ownership and configures mail routing.

Add the domain
Under Domains, enter the domain name you want to attach to the workspace.

Publish DNS records
Add the verification, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records shown — or let the Cloudflare integration create them for you.

Verify and activate
Click Verify once records propagate. Email settings for the domain unlock immediately after.
If your DNS is on Cloudflare, connect it once and the console writes and updates records automatically — no copy-pasting record values.
