The billing dashboard summarizes your organization's commercial state in one view: current subscriptions and their status, upcoming renewals, recent invoices and any trials approaching expiration. It is the first stop before a renewal conversation or a plan change.

Unified license management

Compare assigned licenses against the product usage views in the Analytics Dashboard before renewal — unassigned or idle licenses are the easiest savings to find.
Upgrading or downgrading a plan

Open Billing and select the subscription
Each subscription shows its current plan, seat count and renewal date.

Choose the new plan
Pick an upgrade or downgrade. Price differences are prorated and shown before you confirm.

Confirm the change
Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments and trials
Payments are processed through Stripe. You can update the card on file, change the billing address and review payment history from the billing dashboard. Trial expiration management shows which accounts are on trials and when each ends, so you can convert or extend them in time.
When a trial expires without conversion, access to paid features is suspended but data is preserved. Convert the trial from the billing dashboard to restore access instantly.
