Reports & Exports
Run date-ranged reports on users, email, drive and meetings, preview them in the browser and export as CSV or JSON.
Report types
Reports turn the platform's activity data into shareable datasets. Pick a report type, choose a date range, preview the result in the browser and export it when it looks right.
| Report | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Users | Registrations, account types and account status over the selected period |
| Message volume by date, split into sent and received | |
| Drive | Uploads, storage consumption and file activity |
| Meetings | Meeting count, duration and participant numbers |
Running a report
- 1
Choose a report type
Select Users, Email, Drive or Meetings from the Reports area.
- 2
Set the date range
Pick a preset like last 30 days, or set custom start and end dates.
- 3
Preview in the browser
The report renders on screen first, so you can check the data before exporting anything.
- 4
Export
Download the result as CSV or JSON for spreadsheets, BI tools or scripts.
Export formats
Every report exports to CSV and JSON. CSV opens directly in Excel and Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis; JSON preserves field types and nesting for pipelines and custom dashboards.
Run the same report with the same date range in both formats if different teams consume it — the underlying data is identical, so the numbers will always match.
Data network visualization
Alongside tabular reports, the data network view renders an interactive graph of email communication across your organization. You can pan, zoom and click nodes to explore relationships, configure node limits to keep large workspaces readable, and sync the graph to pull in the latest communication data.
The graph is built from communication metadata only. Message content never appears in reports or visualizations.
