Bookings
Publish booking pages so clients and teammates can schedule time with you automatically.
How bookings work
Bookings gives you a public page with your available time slots. When someone books, the event lands on your calendar, both sides get confirmations, and reminders are sent automatically. Availability always respects your existing calendar — booked time never double-books.
- 1
Create a booking type
Name it (e.g. "Intro call — 30 min"), set the duration, location or video link, and any intake questions.
- 2
Define availability
Set weekly windows, buffer times between meetings, and how far in advance people may book.
- 3
Share your link
Send the booking URL or embed it on your site. Iris can also include it automatically when someone asks for a meeting by email.
Booking analytics
The Bookings dashboard tracks views, conversion rates and no-shows per booking type, so you can see which links convert and when your busiest periods are.
Add a buffer of 10–15 minutes after meetings in your availability settings — Iris will respect it when proposing times, too.
