Apps & Sync
AiMail on desktop and mobile: native apps, offline access and real-time sync.
Platforms
| Platform | App | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Web | mail.aiinak.com | Full feature set, no install required |
| Desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux) | AiMail Desktop | Native IMAP engine, offline storage, command palette, auto-update |
| iOS & Android | AiMail Mobile | Push notifications, background sync, attachments from camera/files |
Desktop app
The desktop app stores mail locally in an encrypted database for instant search and full offline access. Credentials live in the operating system keychain, never in plain files. A command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K) reaches every action without the mouse.
Mobile app
AiMail Mobile supports push notifications, background fetch, secure credential storage and deep links — tapping an email notification opens the exact thread. Calendar, contacts, notes and tasks are all available on the go.
Enable notification grouping in the mobile app settings to bundle low-priority categories into a single daily summary notification.
How sync works
All clients connect over an encrypted real-time channel. Actions taken on one device (read, archive, draft edits) appear on the others within seconds. Drafts are conflict-safe: if you edit the same draft on two devices, the newer version wins and the older one is kept as a backup copy.
