Getting files into Smart Drive, managing them day to day, and understanding storage plans.

Uploading files

Upload from any device: drag files into the browser window, use the Upload button, or add files from the mobile app. Every transfer shows a live progress indicator, and you are notified when large uploads finish.

Choose a destination
Navigate to the folder where the files belong, or upload to the root and let the Smart Organizer categorize them.

Add files
Drag and drop, or click Upload and pick files from your device.

Track progress
The progress panel shows each file's status. You can keep working while uploads run in the background.

Managing your files

Browse

Navigate folders and see file status indicators at a glance, including offline and sync state.

Rename and move

Rename files in place, or move them between folders to restructure your drive at any time.

Download

Download single files or whole selections, with the same progress tracking as uploads.

Delete

Remove files you no longer need to free up storage on your plan.

Don't spend time building a deep folder tree up front — the Smart Organizer auto-categorizes files for you, and natural-language search finds anything regardless of where it lives.

Status and notifications

Smart Drive keeps you informed about what is happening with your files. Real-time sync status shows whether a file is up to date everywhere, offline indicators mark files that are not currently reachable, and activity notifications tell you about completed transfers, shares and changes.

Storage plans

Smart Drive is available on subscription tiers with different storage allowances. Your current usage and plan are shown in Settings, where you can upgrade or downgrade at any time — payments are handled securely through Stripe.

If you hit your storage limit, uploads pause until you free up space or upgrade. Nothing already stored is removed.
