Mobile app

The Smart Drive mobile app runs on iOS and Android (and the web), so your drive travels with you. Sign in once — your credentials are stored securely in the device keychain — then browse, upload, search and share exactly as you do on the web.

File status indicators

Each file shows its current state at a glance: synced, uploading, or offline.

Capture and upload

Photograph paper documents with the camera — OCR makes them searchable as soon as they upload.

Secure sign-in

Credentials live in the platform keychain, never in plain storage on the device.

AI Drive Sync for desktop

AI Drive Sync keeps a folder on your computer and your cloud drive in two-way sync. Save a file locally and it appears in Smart Drive; change it in the cloud and the local copy updates. The app runs as a background Windows service with system-tray integration, so sync continues even when no window is open.

  1. 1

    Install and sign in

Download AI Drive Sync, install it, and sign in with your Aiinak account.

  2. 2

    Pick your sync folder

Choose the local folder to pair with your drive. Everything inside it stays mirrored in both directions.

  3. 3

    Let it run

The service syncs in the background. The system-tray icon shows current status and opens the app when you need it.

Sync status and offline indicators

Across every app, Smart Drive shows real-time sync status so you know whether a file is up to date everywhere. Offline indicators mark files that are not currently reachable, and pending changes are clearly flagged until they finish syncing.
