Browsing and filtering
The Candidates view lists every applicant across your roles. Filter by role, pipeline stage, interview status or ranking to narrow the list, and open any candidate to see their full detail view.

Candidates are scored against the role's requirements so the strongest profiles surface first.

AI recommendations
Each candidate detail view includes an AI recommendation summarizing strengths, gaps and a suggested next step. At the role level, AI Insights highlights top-candidate recommendations so you know who to prioritize without reading every profile.
AI ranking and recommendations are advisory — they never advance, reject or contact a candidate on their own. Every pipeline move is a decision you make.
Candidate outreach
Email integration lets you contact candidates directly from their detail view — interview invitations, follow-ups and decisions all go out without leaving AI Recruit, and the conversation is kept with the candidate's record.
