How AI interviews work
Instead of a recruiter running every first-round conversation, AI conducts the interview: it asks the questions from the role's template, adapts follow-ups to the candidate's answers, and produces a transcript and scorecard when the session ends.

The live interview panel
While an interview is running, the live panel shows its real-time status — which question the AI is on, how long the session has run and whether the connection is healthy. You can observe without interrupting the candidate.
Let candidates know in the invitation that the interview is conducted by AI and is recorded for scoring. Clear expectations noticeably improve completion rates.
