Meeting basics
Meetings run on WebRTC directly in the browser — there is nothing to install. Join with camera and microphone, mute or switch devices at any time, and use the in-meeting chat to share links and notes without interrupting the speaker.
Screen sharing
Share your full screen, a window or a browser tab. Participants can pin the share or view it side by side with video.
Virtual backgrounds
Blur your surroundings or replace them with an image — useful when joining from a busy space.
Breakout rooms
Split participants into smaller rooms for group work, then bring everyone back to the main meeting.
In-meeting chat
Text chat alongside the call, visible to everyone in the meeting and available while you present.
Scheduling and invitations
AI Meeting integrates with your calendar, so scheduled meetings appear alongside your other events and invitees receive email notifications with the join link. You can also start an instant meeting and share its link directly.

Create the meeting
Pick a date and time, or choose Start now for an instant meeting.

Invite participants
Add invitees by email — they receive a notification with the join link, and the event lands on connected calendars.

Decide up front whether transcription, recording and the AI participant should be enabled when the meeting starts.
Managing participants
As the host you control who is in the room. Invite more people mid-meeting, mute a noisy microphone, or remove a participant entirely. When the AI participant is enabled, it can also handle the waiting room for you — see AI Participation for details.

Recording meetings
Start a recording from the meeting toolbar. Recordings are stored in the cloud and listed with the meeting afterwards, alongside the transcript and summary if those were enabled.
Participants see a clear recording indicator whenever a recording is in progress. Stop and restart the recording at any time during the meeting.
