Personal Twin
Build an AI avatar of yourself — trained from your video, briefed with your knowledge — that can attend meetings on your behalf.
What is a Personal Twin?
A Personal Twin is an AI avatar that represents you, not a generic assistant. Its face is a custom avatar trained from your own video, rendered with lip-sync so it looks natural when it speaks. You decide what it knows and how it behaves: its knowledge and personality are fully configurable, and guardrails plus approval settings control what it may do in a meeting without you.
Your Twin always appears as an AI representative — other participants can tell they are talking to your Twin, not to you live.
Creating your Twin
- 1
Record your training video
Capture a short video of yourself following the on-screen prompts. This trains your custom face avatar.
- 2
Wait for avatar training
Training runs in the background. Once complete, your avatar renders with lip-sync matched to its speech.
- 3
Configure knowledge and personality
Give the Twin the context it should know — your projects, preferences, standard answers — and tune how it speaks.
- 4
Set guardrails and approvals
Define what the Twin may say or commit to on its own, and what requires your approval afterwards.
Attending meetings on your behalf
Send your Twin to a meeting you cannot attend. It joins with your avatar, participates within the limits you set, and the meeting transcript and summary tell you exactly what happened while you were away.
Guardrails
Topic and behavior limits keep the Twin inside boundaries you define — it declines anything out of scope.
Approval settings
Choose what the Twin can answer freely and what it must defer with "I'll check and get back to you".
Full record
Review the transcript, summary and action items afterwards to see everything your Twin said and heard.
Keep approval settings strict for anything binding — deadlines, budgets, agreements. Configure the Twin to defer those to you rather than commit on the spot.
