How recalculation works
Auto-calculation is always on: edit any cell and every formula that depends on it recalculates immediately, including formulas on other sheets in the workbook. There is no manual refresh step.
AI-generated formulas are ordinary formulas once placed — they recalculate like any other and never call back to the AI, so results stay fast and deterministic.
