Browsers
All web products support the last two major versions of modern browsers. AI Meeting needs WebRTC, which every supported browser includes.

Network
Connectivity
HTTPS (443) outbound to *.aiinak.com. AI Meeting also uses UDP for media where available.
Bandwidth for meetings
1.5 Mbps up/down for HD video per participant; audio-only calls need ~100 Kbps.
Offline behavior
AiMail Desktop, Smart Drive sync and Enterprise AI POS keep working offline and reconcile when back online.
Corporate firewalls
If your network uses TLS inspection, allowlist *.aiinak.com — certificate rewriting breaks real-time sync and meeting media.
